It's no coincidence that Avalla's company icon is a spry little bird that spreads happiness wherever it goes. This same sense of joy and wonder symbolizes the heart of our company and reminds us that when we love what we're doing, life can be rich with nectar.
Avalla was created from this guiding principle by its president, Pamela C. Dean. Once you meet Pam—and you will often because she is very accessible—you'll see the spirit of the hummingbird in action: bright, optimistic, purposeful, hard working and tirelessly dedicated to inspiring others to believe in themselves. Pam is more than Avalla's founder and fearless leader; she is a mentor to every woman who comes into the Avalla family. With a lifetime of experience working for some of the world's leading direct selling companies, Pam understands what each Consultant wants and needs to build her respective business because she has lived it.
Avalla: a sisterhood of entrepreneurs
Avalla first took flight in 2004 when the company became the exclusive distributor of Nutrimetics in the United States and Canada. Nutrimetics is one of the leading skincare brands in Australia, New Zealand, and France members. Pam's vision was to blend Nutrimetics' deep-rooted commitment to superior product quality with her mission to help others to find their wings and achieve their dreams. In doing so, she has not only succeeded in elevating the standards by which direct selling is done, she has nurtured an Avalla sisterhood of entrepreneurs who share a passion for living a joyful life.
This same spark is found in Avalla's team of Consultants across North America. Our company attracts women from all walks of life who have one thing in common: the desire to feel free in their own lives, in whatever way that means for them. Avalla creates an environment in which you will have the freedom and support to create your own businesses and, at the same time, have a sense of belonging to something larger.
