I have a bungalow and all of my windows had full condensation every morning - the lounge windows were the worst - even the lounge ceiling over the bay was wet.
As soon as I received the dehumidifier I plugged it in. It showed humidity at 78%. I left it on sleep mode overnight, the next morning it was down to 58% with very little condensation. I put it in sleep mode again that night, by the morning it showed as 47%. I’ve not had a need to put it on since. At the next slightest sign of condensation I’ll plug it in again on sleep mode overnight. Walking my dog in the mornings I have a smug smile on my face as I watch neighbours wiping their windows.

Avalla X-500 , I dont know how I lived without this , my house feels warmer , my washing drys in hours instead of days , excellent product , delivered the day after it was ordered, 5 stars all day long

I'm very happy with how much water it collect over a relatively small amount of time. The functionality could be a bit better, it could be quieter and the lid for the water container could be more robust 4/5 very good but room for improvement

The x500 was bought a little over a week ago, but its not the first dehumidifier we have bought. A week on and its finally stabalised the house, (large 3bed old converted barn). First few days it needed emptying every 12 hours. And to be honest the automatic shut of was a bit hit’n’miss and it would appear the hydrometer is not particularly accurate (compared to the room sensors), its about 5% out. So the tollerances could be tighter. The buttons are also difficult to see in the dark, so would be better back lit. The extract vent is great, with a movable flap that closes on power off. Overall, its well made, good features and appears value for money.

This is an impressive machine. It really does suck up water and get rid of the damp smell. It is quiet running and a convenient size not to get into n the way.
I’m really pleased with its performance and appearance.

This dehumidifier is great , I’ve had a leak in my bathroom causing a lot of problems, it has dried it up in no time . Love the different modes , also very quiet on sleep mode .

I bought few weeks ago this X500 for a 3BHK house . The build quality looks premium looks and finish. As the winter coming to an end I am not sure how much depth of review I can give. But so far so good . Drying tooks a while to do it's work. I usually keep clothes for drying in one room and switch on the clothes dry mode overnight. I checked on a shorter period of time like 4-5 hrs for drying but it didn't work. So apparently it worked fine overnight for around 10-12hrs for drying. And about normal dehumidifier mode it worked fine since I bought. Was able to collect 8-9 litres of water in the collection tank as usual . As I said will need a bit more time but the quality build is very good. Energy efficient too. Hope it helps.

Great de-humidifier. I use in the bedroom and utility room. Due to the wheels it’s so easy to move from room to room. My clothes dry so much quicker!
