Avalla S-220 - Aire acondicionado y deshumidificador portátil 4 en 1 para varias habitaciones 9000BTU

I believe the product and customer service are good when compared to many suppliers today.
When the reconditioned product arrived I was unsure as to whether it had been damaged during transportation because the grill covering the condenser was not attached.
The company offered for me to return the item but I chose not to as I had an immediate requirement for the air conditioner and it appeared to be running ok.
My main concerns were related to water under the unit when it was switched off.
I found online that other people using these had also found that in some circumstances moisture did drip from unit and advised that it was best to run in dehumidifier mode for a period before putting into air conditioner mode. This appeared to be normal for air con units and I now place on a tray just in case.
There didn’t appear to be any difference in noise level whether on low fan,high fan or sleep mode (even checking with decibel meter).
Again, I had hoped to get a response from Avalla on this point but have not received it as yet.
I wasn’t going to return the item on this point because I am aware that all the mobile air conditioner units are significantly noisy.
Overall pleased with the unit considering its price bracket.

Due to increasing summer temperatures i decided to upgrade to an air conditioner unit .After a bit of research i decided on the Avalla brand due to good reviews and product range and value for money and next day delivery
After 24 hours i plugged in the unit to test the operation and was very pleased powerful fan and low noise level.Will have to wait till the warmer weather for a proper test but i am confident as it looks a very well made unit with easy digital controls

Very hot outside today which is very uncomfortable for not only me, but also my Golden Retriever. Room is now at a comfortable 19 degrees Celsius and my dog is having a snooze. Thoroughly enjoying the S 220 unit.

I had a few issues with the initial unit I received, I contacted customer service and Claire Dollery was fantastic. I got sent a new unit and compensated for the trouble , I couldn't have asked for better customer service, thanks again.

Has kept me really cold this summer was worth the money, and the after care team are amazing

Prior to purchase I wanted to check which model would best suit our requirements. Avalla Customer Service is contactable by email and their responses were both detailed and very prompt making choosing the right product easy. The product itself was very well packaged and performs excellently, cooling our 15'x15' bedroom very efficiently enabling us to sleep soundly on hot and humid nights.

Happy and cool. Good looking and easy to use, a little noisy but better than my previous mobile air con.

Hasn't had much use as it's not been too hot since buying (typical!). Powerful for cooling a large area (top floor of the house) - I know it'll be invaluable when we next get a hot spell. Supplied exhaust vent isn't the most convenient, so have supplemented with an adapter and a longer, narrower vent to allow better positioning of the unit.
