This is a very effective Aircon unit, even in 30 degree plus heat.
The sash window fitting kit is useful too.
Very prompt delivery
Bought this machine due to the constant hot weather, making it impossible to sleep. I found this machine did cool the room yo a very good degree. Set at about 17°, which might sound a bit chilly, but remember that most of us have some form of bedclothes either on their body or just on the bed.
A couple of things I found, which I feel could be improved are the window fitting for the exhaust. There needs to be an adapter for normal windows, not just for sasch windows.
The only other thing that I found could do with looking at, is the noise. For a bedroom, it is quite noisey, so cannot be left running when trying to sleep.
Having said that, it does do a great job of cooling the room.
I will probably move it to my living room later.
I only wish it was taller - so that it could blow cold air above the bed, but it really does chill the room down very quickly. I am very happy with my purchase.

Very happy with product. Extremely easy to use and looks nice . Turned it on in bedroom and closed the door. Went back under a hour later and never wanted to leave,( it’s was so much cooler) highly recommend.
It's a bit louder than i expected, but it does the job pretty well and fits well on a lot of windows too, nice product
I was looking for a portable air conditioning unit to aid sleeping during the day as I work nights. I came across Avalla who I have never heard of, and found the perfect unit at a great price. Placed my order and it arrived the next day, well packaged. It is a fantastic unit and cools the room a treat, slightly noisy but like a white noise helps me fall asleep quickly and most importantly cool.... would recommend 1000% Excellent company.

This air con is brilliant very quiet for an air con as I have had 3 now. Well worth the money.
I live in a lodge where the sun (if sunny) faces my 10 foot bi-folding glass doors. 10 years in what sometimes was unbearable temperatures. I made a decision after a friend had bought an identical ac and recommended it.
Brilliant is how I describe it. I had 2 plastic sheets made with a 6 inch diameter hole for the exhaust to go through. One for the bedroom and one for the lounge. Open the window, velcro pads to secure the sheet and turn on. Simple as that !!!
