Great air conditioning machine, really cools the room right down very quickly, even with the window open to vent out. When it was 34 outside inside was 21-22 degrees cooling the living room & kitchen downstairs. Not too heavy to move from room to room, I didnt find it that noisy had it running all night and husband slept fine & he’s a light sleeper. Def made a great difference with the recent summer & heat waves. Price was very reasonable for a decent nights sleep! 😴 def recommend this product. You do have to empty the collection tank once it is full with the hose provided but this was easy enough & it’s really not that often compared to the use of the machine

Easy to put and does the job intended

I live on a top floor flat in London. In hot weather, despite all my efforts, drawn curtains to bloke the sun, windows open, covered with mesh, powerful fans etc, my flat is an oven at + 10c compared to outside. I have come to dread summer. Last summer they bought an Avalla portable A/C unit for the office at work. It sits near my desk & I was so impressed with its cooling abilities. I ‘joked’ about taking it home. My coworkers suggested I buy one. Ridiculous, an A/C in the UK. You’d never use it right? June 2025. Flat boiling. Exhausted at work, after another muggy uncomfortable night of disrupted sleep, I decided enough was enough. I went online to the Avalla site, found an A/C similar to the one at work and bought it. Best decision ever! I did find the instructions for the window attachment kit a little unclear and had some difficulty attaching the vent to the back of the unit - gaffer tape sorted that out. But finally, hot & sweaty, I turned it on. Ice cold air. Bliss. I have it in my bedroom. I don’t mind the heat during the day because I know that I have a cool, comfortable room to sleep in every night. My only question is why did I wait so long! The Avalla unit is a little noisy but nothing compared to the sounds of a summer night in London which I had to endure before.

I ordered an Ac and paid for a window kit but the window kit was not included. I got the metal one which I assume is included with the AC but not compatible with my window. I hv emailed and asked for a refund. Order No 27341

Bought this along side of the S-150 air conditioner but as yet I haven’t used it, looks good and maybe will use it if I move it to another room

Aircon works good when you have everything set up,is very noisy on the aircon mode and make sure you have a big bucket for the continuous drain pipe as it releases a lot of water,7-9 liter in about 10-12 working hours

Good effective unit with unusable vent kit!!
Maybe 60 years ago most people had Sash Windows. Now the majority of homes have UPVC that are side or top opening.. So why does your company provide exhaust kits that most people will not use and throw away!

The actual window piece is excessively large. Much more so than a standard window. The 1 size fits all approach it too generic.
The Velcro tape is poor also with it immediately feeling off anything it’s stuck too

Bought this item as it was advertised as, ' will fit most windows ' does not fit windows that open outwards.
