I ordered an Ac and paid for a window kit but the window kit was not included. I got the metal one which I assume is included with the AC but not compatible with my window. I hv emailed and asked for a refund. Order No 27341
So compact neat and cools the room beautifully
Bought this along side of the S-150 air conditioner but as yet I haven’t used it, looks good and maybe will use it if I move it to another room
So Noisy, Throwing air to one side only (extreme right), Not suitable for terrace house.Only 2 speed control options.LCD too bright, can light up the room in night.Want my refund.
At the time of being asked to review the product, I haven’t yet received it despite reporting this to customer services.
Informed about missing item. Asked to check with neighbours. Wrote an email mentioning the item is missing. Never heard after that!!!
