I haven’t used it much but first impressions is it’s a very easy way to steam clean my hard wood flooring, it’s very easy to use, and it’s light enough to hold, as in cleaning it does a good job in removing dirt, the reusable pads are easy to remove, the water container is easy to remove and fill with water,the wife likes it because it makes cleaning easier.

Easy to use and effective. I think the only thing I would change is the flex.. It's not easy to store or hang up.

I purchased this unit to hopefully remove a real problem with condensation in my new conservatory, I've never purchased or used this type of equipment previously so I was a little skeptical whether it would actually meet my requirements. Was I pleasantly surprised, this small unit unit punched well beyond its weight and the amount of water it removes is very impressive and so quiet. I intend to purchase an addition unit for upstairs to cover bedrooms etc.

Very light & easy to use! It warms up very quickly. It cleans the floor extremely well & although it only has a small water tank, it covers a large area so you aren’t having to wait around for it to warm up again constantly. The floor dries quickly as there isn’t a load of water left on the floor. Again LOVE it!
