Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping to mainland UK. For alternative locations please reach out to support@avalla.com for more information. Should you need expedited mainland UK shipping, please note that 'working days' refer to Monday to Friday and exclude UK public/Bank Holidays. Items ordered over a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day, usually Monday or the next working day after a Bank Holiday. We appreciate your understanding that, Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as outbreaks or illness, may impact our usual shipping timelines. While we strive to fulfil orders promptly, we kindly ask for your understanding in the event of any delays caused by these unexpected situations.

Order Despatch:

Any order placed before 2pm and in stock will be processed and despatched on the same working day whenever possible. In case of any processing issues, we'll reach out to you promptly via support@avalla.com. Please understand that on occasion, we might seek further clarification on order details, a measure we've implemented for enhanced security, ensuring both our and your protection.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following working day, typically Monday (excluding Bank holidays, etc.). Our definition of 'working days' is from Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank/public holidays.

When placing an order for more than one larger item with us, please anticipate separate deliveries or boxes. We strive to ensure the safe and secure transportation of each item, and in some cases, this may result in individual shipments.

Unavailable Items:

If any part of your order is not immediately available for despatch, we'll notify you during the basket/checkout process. For our UK customers, we usually despatch the available items right away* and send the remaining items when they become available, all at no extra cost.

Tracking Your Order:

After placing your order, expect an email confirmation from us. This email will include your order number, details and tracking number. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox. Any issues pertaining your delivery please contact support@avalla.com.
