Software Low-Code Developer / Architect
About the Role
As our Software Low-Code Developer / Architect, you will join us on our journey through fast growth and success. We are looking for a Software Low-Code Developer / Architect to establish an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software via Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) through the use of Decisions™, incorporating:
- Business Automation / Workflow Management
- Business Process Rules
- User Interfaces
- Messaging and Integrated Information Exchange
- Data Storage and Retention
Our ERP software (Decisions™) is a no-code workflow software. The platform has optional Python integration - knowledge of the language would be advantageous. Training with Decisions™ provided.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and implement a new ERP system via Decisions™.
- Discover processes, pinpoint problems, and oversee optimization with process mining.
- Build end-to-end process automation with visual designers.
- Data validation, policy enforcement, and DMN via Rules Engine.
- Incorporate the coordination of people and processes with Forms, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Work alongside other departments of the business to build and test strategic IT solutions.
- Implement bug fixes and software changes to ensure the software upholds maximum efficiency in alignment with business growth.
- Coordinate the consistent implementations of new technologies and developments in the ERP software.
- Provide hands-on IT technical support and basic networking support as required
About you

Skills and Experience
- Educated to a Bachelor level in a relevant field (Preferred)
- Experience with Decisions™ (Preferred) (Training Provided)
- Familiarity with no-code software development or traditional programming principles (Required)
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Process Mining & Robotic Process Automation (RPA) (Required)
- Familiarity with Agile or other established development methodologies (Required)
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) & Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) (Preferred)
- Knowledge of the application of S.O.L.I.D (Preferred)
- Experience with Python (Preferred)
The Rewards
- Salary - We offer a £30,000 starting salary with an increase to at least £35,000 after 12 months, more may be offered in the event of very high performance.

Amazon E-commerce Marketplace Assistant
About the Role
As our Amazon E-commerce Marketplace Assistant, you will join us on our journey through fast growth and success. We are looking for an Amazon E-commerce Marketplace Assistant to join our expanding channel management team, aiding our Amazon Marketing Manager in the development and execution of our online retail strategies.
There is huge potential for the right candidate to progress with our company within the channel management function of the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of our Amazon UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain sales channels.
- Consistently monitor and manage all aspects of account health; Tracking the entire seller assurance SAFE-T Claim process across all transactions, upholding the A-to-Z Guarantee across the channel, raising and pursuing transaction dispute case logs.
- Adhere to Key Performance Indicators, consistently identifying areas for improvement of systems and processes.
- Propose, execute, and effectively log A/B tests and other marketing experiments aimed to increase sales and conversion rates.
- Utilise all customer feedback and reviews, alongside feedback received from other departments of Avalla, to update and reform the buying journey to ensure the best experience is upheld.
- Liaise with the customer service department to construct concise and clear instructions towards the approach to differing matters.
- Assist in the planning of new product launches and promotions on the Amazon platform.
- Maintain and monitor Amazon DSP campaigns.

Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with the Amazon Seller platform (UK Market: Required, EU Market: Preferred)
- An extensive understanding of how the Amazon algorithm functions (Required)
- Educated to a Bachelor level in a relevant field (Preferred)
- IT proficiency, with a good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office (Required)
The Rewards
- Salary - We offer a starting salary between £22,500 - £24,500 dependent on experience.
