Universal Air Conditioner Window Kit - Tilting & Casement Windows

My windows are awkward, big, and outward opening so I wasn’t sure if these would work, but they do! Pretty easy to install, once I’d done window the other few were quick and easy. They stop my cat from being able to get out and they told the pipe nicely in place. Highly recommend them

So far I have bought 3 air conditioning units from Avalla and one universal air conditioner window kit for one window in my flat that is not a sash window. I am always more than satisfied with everything that I buy from them. I recommended them to my boyfriend, who also has their air conditioning units in 2 of his rooms in his flat. I would recommend.

Fast delivery, reasonable price and does the job.

Perfect window kit for my windows, ordering more as fit so well. The velco sometimes comes away in places in extreme hot weather (34 degrees celcius and higher) due to the sticky side unsticking from melting but under normal hot weather conditions it's fine. I just replace the parts that have worn and it's good to go again.

Do the job perfectly, no much notice as I was expecting

Great air conditioning machine, really cools the room right down very quickly, even with the window open to vent out. When it was 34 outside inside was 21-22 degrees cooling the living room & kitchen downstairs. Not too heavy to move from room to room, I didnt find it that noisy had it running all night and husband slept fine & he’s a light sleeper. Def made a great difference with the recent summer & heat waves. Price was very reasonable for a decent nights sleep! 😴 def recommend this product. You do have to empty the collection tank once it is full with the hose provided but this was easy enough & it’s really not that often compared to the use of the machine

Easy to put and does the job intended

I live on a top floor flat in London. In hot weather, despite all my efforts, drawn curtains to bloke the sun, windows open, covered with mesh, powerful fans etc, my flat is an oven at + 10c compared to outside. I have come to dread summer. Last summer they bought an Avalla portable A/C unit for the office at work. It sits near my desk & I was so impressed with its cooling abilities. I ‘joked’ about taking it home. My coworkers suggested I buy one. Ridiculous, an A/C in the UK. You’d never use it right? June 2025. Flat boiling. Exhausted at work, after another muggy uncomfortable night of disrupted sleep, I decided enough was enough. I went online to the Avalla site, found an A/C similar to the one at work and bought it. Best decision ever! I did find the instructions for the window attachment kit a little unclear and had some difficulty attaching the vent to the back of the unit - gaffer tape sorted that out. But finally, hot & sweaty, I turned it on. Ice cold air. Bliss. I have it in my bedroom. I don’t mind the heat during the day because I know that I have a cool, comfortable room to sleep in every night. My only question is why did I wait so long! The Avalla unit is a little noisy but nothing compared to the sounds of a summer night in London which I had to endure before.

I ordered an Ac and paid for a window kit but the window kit was not included. I got the metal one which I assume is included with the AC but not compatible with my window. I hv emailed and asked for a refund. Order No 27341
