Excellent product. The instructions are clear and the mode of use (selection of the humidity required for the room and automatic shutdown when the required humidity is reached or when the water collection tank is filled) are exactly what I needed. Delivery (shipment tracking and integrity of the delivered package) was also excellent, without any problems.
Very quiet and efficient.
Have to say this was a great buy (X-550 Dehumidifier) , very simple to use, collects the water well and sits nicely in the room, has loads of features which i have found useful, including adjustable fan speed and timer. Cable could be a bit longer but i am sure they will improve on this. Its very quiet too.
Really happy I bought my dehumidifier. There is damp where I live that was creating a bad smell on our clothes. This problem has now been eliminated with the dehumidifier. Can highly recommend.

Ho un piano in casa che è per metà sotto il livello della strada e quindi ho un problema dell'umidità che penetra dal muro confinante con il sottosuolo.
Accendo questo deumidificatore durante la notte e la mattina trovo il recipiente pieno d'acqua.
L'umidità nell'ambiente si è abbassata notevolmente e l'aria è molto più leggera.
L'apparecchio in se è compatto, comodo da spostare con le ruote, design pulito, il display è di una facile comprensione.
Sono molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto e consiglio questo deumidificatore per gli ambienti medio grandi.
Me anime a comprarlo por las opiniones que habian del deshumidificador. He acertado con la compra. Potente, poco ruidoso y eficiente. Lo unico, es que nos costo mucho de sacar el tubo que estaba enrollado dentro del deposito de agua.
Hola. Estaba un poco escéptica sobre la compra. Vi que había muchísimos comentarios positivos y fue lo que me animó, la verdad que valió la pena la inversión. Ojalá y hubiera alguno aún más grande. Mi casa es extremadamente húmeda, al punto que tenemos en invierno problemas de moho en varios sitios. Este deshumidificador realmente funciona. Es notable el cambio de ambiente en cuanto logras bajar la humedad. Si lo pones en una habitación pequeña logras bajar la humedad mucho más rápido. Cuando intento ponerlo en sitios más amplios la verdad que tarda un poco más . Sería la única pega que tengo, pero supongo es que necesitaría alguno aún mucho más grande. Pero lo que hago es que lo voy rotando por los diferentes espacios pues al tener ruedas me es muy cómodo trasladarlo. No es ruidoso, mi esposo que es muy sensible con los ruidos lo ha tolerado perfectamente incluso mientras está funcionando en la habitación de al lado mientras dormimos. Tiene la ventaja que si se llena el depósito,el solo para y así no tienes problemas de derrames de agua. En fin.., estoy feliz y creo que compraré otro para poder bajar la humedad de casa mucho más rápido. Lo recomiendo muchísimo
