Filter flashed yellow immediately I installed it
Waste of money
It does what it says. Thanks
Didn’t come, asked for a another to be sent out and still waiting
Problem to new filter, flashing new red. Any ideas?
I bought the R45 on 9th Jan this year and it already needs a new filter. I have only used the unit on setting one and during the day for 8 hours per day. The replacement filter description on here says 12 months!! At a cost of £19.99 for replacement filter I will be forking out near an extra £80 per annum to run the filter. Wow that is expensive. When I looked about replacing filter when I got the R-45 delivered, it says nothing about replacement filter or where to buy it in the instructions apart from when the unit tells you it needs replacing (see my earlier review). The filter was not for sale when I went onto the Avalla site to check where to get replacement, but it is now - It seems to me that the cost of £19.99 is kept from sight until all the units are sold, which they are now all sold. An earlier review by another customer also makes a comment about the filter not being available. I believe I have been duped into buying the R-45. I think the filter should not be that expensive either.
