Perfect for the Summer!!!

Actually this is the 2nd one I've bought in less than a week. I was very surprised and satisfied at how well the 1st one worked that my partner and I thought it wise to invest in a 2nd unit. Its advantages are numerous **very low noise output, just a bearable hum.
**Power consumption is very very low.
**The unit cools so quickly no matter how hot it is outside.

This is best value for money spent, and my little dog ginger is so grateful for this unit, the unbearable panting has stopped and we're happier all round.

Avalla is brilliant

Avalla 150 is a very good air conditioner and is reasonably priced. After taking it out of the box and leaving for 24 hours it worked perfectly first go. The only thing I would say is that the output pipe could have been a bit longer.

Efficient cooling

I don't usually write reviews, but this deserves one. The aircon was delivered the next day as promised and when I used it for the first time I was blown away (excuse the pun) by how quickly it cooled down my bedroom from 25 degrees C to 18. The S-150 also looks well made and is quite compact for the power it has. I wouldn't say it is quiet, even in sleep mode, but then I've never had an aircon that is and it doesnt particularly bother me. For the price it's excellent.

Solid performance

I was on the lookout for a small, portable air conditioner unit to use during the summer so bought this S-150. More out of curiosity, I tried using it as a dehumidifer and was very pleasantly surprised at how well it performed. Putting it next to a fresh load of laundry, it extracted the equivalent of a large mug of water (maybe 300ml) over the course of several hours, which of course meant less dampness in the house in the winter.

It also works very well as an air conditioner, blowing cool air that we can feel more than 30 feet away in our open plan lounge.

I was so pleased with its performance that I bought a unit for my parents as well!

Customer service is excellent

Unfortunately when received we realised that the unit did not fit our particular needs. I emailed Avalla’s customer support to inform them and they replied immediately explaining the trouble free process and requesting me to give them a day when it would be convenient for me for their courier to collect it. It was duly collected within the time window and the courier brought the return label and gave me a receipt. That was a Thursday and the refund was in my account on the following Monday with emails keeping me informed. Fantastic service.

Efficace mais très bruyant !

Habitant dans le sud-ouest, je me suis résolue à acheter un climatiseur mobile suite aux derniers épisodes caniculaires (40° à l'ombre)... Le produit remplit sa fonction principale (pas pour une pièce de plus de 25m² s'il fait 40° dehors comme moi) mais en contrepartie il fait un bruit tonitruant ! J'espère que vous n'êtes pas sujet aux migraines pcq sinon passez votre chemin ! Je savais que c'était le prix à payer pour ce genre d'appareil mais j'ai été quand même surprise... Au bout de quelques heures, je peux vous assurer que vous préférez la chaleur au vacarme que crée ce climatiseur ! Je l'allume vraiment quand je n'ai pas le choix (air irrespirable au-dessus de 38° à l'intérieur) et je finis la journée du coup avec une migraine carabinée. En résumé, climatiseur efficace mais très très bruyant ! Faites bien attention aussi aux dimensions de votre pièce parce qu'au delà de 25m², je pense que son efficacité sera réduite.
