Arrived as stated.
Had oil in the bottom of the box.
Does not work as a dehumidifier just blowing cold air out and not extracting water from washing as stated in description returning on wed 3/01/24 and do not want a replacement

I had a few issues with the initial unit I received, I contacted customer service and Claire Dollery was fantastic. I got sent a new unit and compensated for the trouble , I couldn't have asked for better customer service, thanks again.

Ordered this item - when it came there was oil all over the bottom of the unit and in the box - messaged customer service and had to return. Happy with the customer service - but not had chance to properly experience the product. Customer service organised collection for one day but courier did not appear (ParcelForce). Had to rearrange again to collect. Returned unit
