The Creators of the Avalla T-9 steam mop deserve a medal. Excellent product!

The creator(s) of the Avalla T-9 steam mop deserve a medal! Beyond all expectations – they have thought of everything! I had carefully scoured the market after having purchased two top named but poorly performing steam mops previously. I especially wanted a steam mop with a water compartment which I could remove and drain thoroughly after each use to ensure clean water (no mould or limescale build up) though I could not find one anywhere, including in the description of adverts for this one. My next priority would be sturdiness as the body of my previous 2 steam mops had snapped – this model is super sturdy and the handle is even extendable - to several heights! I have been able to purchase 5 spare mop heads in addition to the 2 supplied which are of great size, thickness and hold on to the base very well indeed – it glides across the floor tiles! They can be washed to a good, higher temperature than rival models so better to clean and kill germs and the mop has a booster self-cleaning mode too. The steam mop heats up very quickly to even the maximum temperature, with a change of LED light colour and plenty of steam and although the floor is wet, not overly so dries in a reasonable amount of time. There are many additional fixings for other uses which are yet to be explored and are a bonus. British company. Good delivery, certainly worth the price. Will be keeping an eye on other their other products. Very impressed and can well recommend. Delighted to say the least.

Vac steamer stopped making a good amount of steam for a good deep clean .Was going to replace it with another Vax but after doing a bit of research came across the Avalla T-9 read the reviews and the 2 year guarantee so decided to make the purchase. Tried first time after 15 minutes unboxing and assembling , plenty of steam in seconds and cleaned the bathroom floor with ease ...Thank you Avalla .

One again our Vax steamer’s “obsolescence” kicked in, 3rd in 5 years. And only 12 months guaranteed.
Read revues and opted for Avalla . Thought the plastic casing looked a bit delicate but put it to work.
Amazing, the sticky floor surface disappeared and the floor looks shades cleaner, no streaky marks! The pad is unbelievably filthy from a floor that has only moderate use and is steamed every week. The T9 is proving itself a champion.

Really happy with this steam mop

Had a momentary difficulty getting the mophead to flex (just needed a little more force) but once managed this is a great little steam mop.
My kitchen/diner area is a little large so I use this to finish off a 'normal' mop and get it extra clean. Don't need to do this in the bathroom.
The hand held unit a bonus.
